MCS: A Non Profit 501c3 and has served Milwaukee since it's inception in 1972 providing many services:

Multicultural Community High School & adult school of trade certifications partnering with Spartan Chemical and Sherwin Williams in support of the EPA.

MATC partnership services a CBO for GED services from 1973 - 2020

Agency Past Experiences & Current Services

  • Welfare Reform in 1989 under the OPTIONS program.

  • Wisconsin's employment and training partnerships ACT, pay for performance.

  • Milwaukee County BHD service provider.

  • From 1997 through 2010 W-2 Services.

  • Bayshore Town Centers Employment Center in 2009 employing over 700 people in the 1st year.

  • Overall Employment And Adult Services.
